I have been helping people stop fears and phobias of spiders, snakes, heights, flying, driving, needles, public speaking, stuttering etc since the mid 1990s using NLP. I also work as a High Performance Coach working with sports people enabling them to produce better results in golf, athletics, motor sports. Also with executives as a High Performance Coach to help them resolve problems, give better presentations, become more charismatic and achieve more in less time.

Many people will have seen some of the techniques I use on Paul McKenna’s Sky TV program “I can change your life”. I still regularly work with Paul McKenna on his training courses in London and have clients referred to me by his office. Also I was recently asked by Paul to help him to do the recent phobia cures live on GMTV. I was part of the team at Cardiff Castle when we cured 14 spider phobias live on GMTV! Or you may have heard me on BBC radio Berkshire talking about helping people to stop fears, phobias and panic attacks.

Having trained with Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler (Co-creator of NLP) and with over 2,000 hours of training I am a Master Practitioner and also a Licensed Trainer of NLP certified by the society of NLP and Richard Bandler. As well as constantly keeping up to date with all the latest developments in human performance and having also trained extensively with the world's finest in NLP™, DHE™ and High Performance coaching including Michael Breen, John LaValle, Eric Robbie and Graham Alexander all of whom are acknowledged as the best available in the world. I am also a Licensed Master Business Practitioner and a Higher Performance Coach.

I have been involved in teaching personal development since the late 1970s and first studied NLP in the 1990s when training with Richard Bandler the co creator of NLP. I was immediately impressed by the simplicity and power of this tool set and in 2001 I created the “Adventures of Well Being Now” CD which became a best seller through Anglo American Books. In 2004 I met Frank Farrelly the creator of Provocative Therapy and spent the next three years learning everything I could about this revolutionary approach which

had been a major influence on the creators of NLP. In 2006 I was invited as a guest on BBC Radio to talk about my success with treating phobias and appeared for 26 consecutive weeks live on the air. I developed what I term the “Provocative Change Works” approach and in 2007 released an acclaimed DVD set as a teaching tool to my own students. I currently teach NLP, Hypnosis, Provocative Therapy and Provocative Change Works seminars in the UK as well as running a highly successful private practice at “The Orchard” which is one of the largest complimentary therapy centres in the UK.
