Nick has been involved in teaching personal development since the late 1970s and first studied NLP in the 1990s when training with Richard Bandler the co creator of NLP. He was immediately impressed by the simplicity and power of this tool set and in 2001 created the “Adventures of Well Being Now” CD which became a best seller through Anglo American Books. In 2004 Nick met Frank Farrelly the creator of Provocative Therapy and spent the next three years learning everything he could about this revolutionary approach which had been a major influence on the creators of NLP.

In 2006 Nick was invited as a guest on BBC Radio to talk about his success with treating phobias and appeared for 26 consecutive weeks live on the air. Nick developed what he calls the “Provocative Change Works” approach and in 2007 released an acclaimed DVD set as a teaching tool to his own students. Nick currently also teaches NLP, Hypnosis, Provocative Therapy and Provocative Change Works seminars in the UK as well as running a highly successful private practice at “The Orchard” in Leeds which is one of the largest complimentary therapy centres in the UK and also at The Hope Centre in Manchester.

"My son is doing so well after having had two sessions with you . The change in him is remarkable. I asked if you could get him in to see you before Christmas as I knew if something didn't change by then he could end up dead. He came to you the first time on the 15th December and to date has been sober! Thanks so much."
