    A friend of mine recommended me to Paul. He has trained directly under world class hypnotherapists and experts in NLP such as Richard Bandler and I felt assured and safe going into the session. I went into the session with the belief that, … More as someone who studied psychology and neuroscience, I would not be able to fall into a trance or any sort of hypnosis wouldn’t work on me however within one session, this completely changed and Paul helped me with my anxiety. I’ve only had a couple sessions and I feel more in control of my life and free of all the things I felt were holding me back. He is incredibly attentive and makes sure you are doing well before and after the sessions, even going as far as to check up on you multiple times to see if you had improvements or feedback and even tailors the sessions to you and what you need as opposed to the basic ‘script’ most therapists use. Honestly couldn’t recommend more! You might think it’s on the pricey side but what’s different is Paul is trying to help you deal with and move on from your traumas and problems whereas other therapists might make you relive all of them just to see what they think might be the issue. Using NLP and various techniques, Paul helps by taking a step back and helping you help yourself.
